By accessing and using Lagoon Painting Services website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

Lagoon Painting Services provides professional painting services and premium paint products. All services are subject to availability and our terms of service.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or payment verification. We accept bank transfers, card payments, and cash on delivery for select areas. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Completed services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship and materials. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 30 days for review and potential remediation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lagoon Painting Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
